Lakota Unit Flight Safety Award
The Airbus Helicopters Lakota Unit Flight Safety Award recognizes an entire unit’s flight experience in a UH-72A or UH-72B. The award criteria is based on hours safely flown in the Lakota. Qualifying units receive an award certificate for the first 1,000 flight hours safely flown and a trophy for subsequent awards. Eligible units include Pilots, Crew Chiefs, Medics, Fire Fighters and Maintainers.
