Romain Trapp is an Airbus U.S. Inside Director and is the Executive Vice-President Customer Support & Services for Airbus Helicopters. His responsibilities include driving the Customer Support & Services main business lines: Technical Support, Spares, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), as well as Training and Connected Services.
