Feodora Kurtz serves as the Head of Corporate Strategy for Airbus U.S. Space and Defense. In this role, she leads the development of the company’s long-term growth strategy and oversees strategic partnerships as well as M&A activity.

Prior to joining Airbus U.S., Feodora was a consultant at Renaissance Strategic Advisors, where she led engagements with international companies seeking to enter or build their presence in the U.S.

Earlier in her career, Feodora developed engagement and opportunity capture strategies at The Cohen Group for clients across the global defense, energy, and medical technology sectors. She began her career as a derivatives trader in Chicago and Hong Kong.

Feodora graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Russian and East European Studies. She is fluent in Russian.
