Mary Griggs is an Airbus U.S. Outside Director and member of the Government Security Committee.

Ms. Griggs retired from the Senior Executive Service after a 32-year career in the United States government. Her corporate board experience includes serving as the Chairperson for several companies under Special Security Agreements, and as the Government Security Committee Chair for companies under Special Security Agreements, a Proxy Agreement and Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S. National Security Agreement. Her guidance on compliance led to companies winning the prestigious Cogswell Award for security excellence.

During her government career, Ms. Griggs helped build five organizations with national security missions involving 17 U.S. government agencies. She has been recognized in the Washington Woman magazine and won numerous awards from the State Department, Office of the Secretary of Defense, National Counterintelligence Center, and Director of National Intelligence.

Ms. Griggs holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from American University, and has completed several executive development courses from Harvard University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, George Washington University and the Federal Executive Institute.
