Meet Claribel Delgado, a U.S. Logistics Manager located in Merritt Island, Fl. She is responsible for staying aware of the materials we will receive to meet the needs and requirements of the production area and specific external customers.   

Prior to working at Airbus U.S., Claribel worked for 30 years with Standard Motors Products (SMP) in Puerto Rico and Orlando, FL. During that time, she performed different functions in various departments, from production to quality and logistics. When the company relocated, she wanted a new challenge.  

“When I was introduced to this field, the idea of being part of something that plays a crucial role in advancing technology felt like an amazing opportunity,” she said. “I knew it was the perfect next step in my career.”  

What sets Claribel apart in her field is the combination of her attention to detail and commitment to team development. Claribel trains her team in a way that ensures that they have the skills and confidence to work both efficiently and independently.  

“My advice to those beginning in this field would be to have a proactive attitude and be willing to learn so that you can achieve success,” she said.

Outside of work, Claribel enjoys spending quality family time at home with her grandchildren and creating memories.
